Our Story
Aisha and Imran's story began over shared plates of biryani at a family gathering in Hyderabad — a conversation that turned into countless calls, quiet duas, and a promise made with both families' blessings. What started as a rishta became a friendship, and that friendship blossomed into love grounded in faith. Now, by the grace of Allah, they invite you to witness their Nikkah and share in the joy of two families becoming one. Bismillah — let the celebrations begin.

An evening of henna, music and laughter for the bride and her circle. Intricate mehendi for Aisha and the ladies, followed by dholak, qawwali and dancing late into the night.
02 · Haldi & Manjha

A bright morning of turmeric blessings. Close family anoint the bride and groom with haldi for good fortune and glowing skin before the big day.
03 · Nikkah Ceremony

The sacred solemnisation. The Qazi conducts the Nikkah, the Ijab-o-Qubool is exchanged and the Nikaahnama is signed before witnesses, followed by dua and distribution of chhuara (dates).

Seating during the Nikkah has separate sections for men and women, in keeping with tradition. The Walima reception is family-style with mixed seating.
As this is a Muslim wedding, no alcohol will be served. We promise an abundance of Hyderabadi delicacies, mocktails, and sherbet to keep you refreshed.
Absolutely — little ones are most welcome. There will be a supervised kids' corner during the Walima reception on the 23rd.
Please be seated by 12:15 PM on the 22nd. The Qazi begins the Nikkah promptly at 12:30 PM and we would love for you to witness the Ijab-o-Qubool.
