Our new home
For years, 'someday' had a shape: a bright, open home in Kowdiar where the family could gather, the coffee would always be on, and the door would always be open. After a lot of dreaming, a fair bit of packing tape, and one very memorable day moving furniture up the stairs, that someday is finally here. Now we'd love nothing more than to warm these new walls the best way we know — with the people we love filling every room. Come see it, eat with us, stay a while. Welcome home.

- 01House Tour & Welcome DrinksCome see every corner of our new home! We'll walk you through the rooms we've dreamed about for years, then toast the moment with cool welcome drinks and fresh lime soda on the veranda.
- 02Open House & MingleDoors wide open — drop in whenever suits you. Wander, sink into the new sofas, meet other friends and family, and help us fill this house with laughter for the very first time.
- 03Housewarming LunchA hearty homestyle Kerala sadya-meets-buffet spread — because a home isn't warmed until a good meal has been shared in it. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for everyone.
- 04Games, Music & CoffeeBoard games for the kids, carrom and cards for the young-at-heart, and a mellow acoustic playlist over filter coffee and payasam. Stay as long as you like.
- 05Golden-Hour Get-TogetherAs the Kowdiar sky turns gold, we gather on the terrace for chai, snacks, and slow conversations. Bring your stories — this is our favourite part of the day.
- 06Evening Wind-DownSoft lights, easy music and a light supper for whoever's still around. No rush, no formality — just old friends closing out the first day in a brand-new home.

Questions
When should we arrive?
Anytime between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM on Sunday, 29 November 2026 — it's an open house, so drop by whenever suits you. Lunch is served from 1:30 PM if you'd like to time it around the meal.
Do we need to bring anything?
Not at all — just yourselves. If you'd love to bring something, a potted plant or a handwritten note for our guestbook would be treasured. No formal gifts expected.
Will there be food?
Plenty! A homestyle lunch spread with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, plus snacks, filter coffee, payasam and drinks through the afternoon and evening.
Is parking available?
Yes — there's space within the compound for a few cars, and easy street parking along the Kowdiar lanes. We'll have someone guiding you in.
What should we wear?
Smart casual with a festive touch. It's a relaxed home celebration, so wear something comfortable you can lounge, eat and play games in.
Can we bring the kids?
Absolutely — this is a family day. There are board games, a garden to run around in, and plenty of space for little ones. Children are very welcome.
